The Volunteer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participating in these activities.

2. Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate as a volunteer, the undersigned Volunteer agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organization, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates, from any and all claims, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from or related to any injury, illness, accident, or other harm that the Volunteer may experience while participating in any activity related to the Organization.

3. Indemnification
The Volunteer agrees to indemnify and hold the Organization harmless from any claims or actions brought by third parties as a result of any actions taken by the Volunteer while participating in the Organization's activities.

6. Medical Treatment
In case of injury or medical emergency, the Volunteer consents to medical treatment, which may be necessary in the event of an injury during participation in Organization activities. The Volunteer agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.

7. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
